The concrete-look paint suitable for wall finishing on various surfaces. Before starting the Basebeton Paint project, ensure a smooth and tight (non-absorbent) surface.

First, apply the Basebeton Paint - Primer with a block brush or microfiber roller. If the surface is still absorbent? Dilute the primer with 20% water or apply two coats. After the Basebeton Paint - Primer has dried, you can proceed with the Basebeton Paint. It is available in 40 selected colors. We always recommend applying the Basebeton Paint with a block brush for a concrete-look appearance. Work in half moons or crosswise for a natural effect.

It is possible to coat the Basebeton Paint with the Basebeton Paint - Coating for robust protection and to make the surface wear and impact resistant.

Is Basebeton Paint suitable for damp rooms, such as a bathroom?Basebeton Paint can be used in damp rooms. However, it must be finished with Basebeton Paint - Coating for durable protection and suitability for damp rooms. Basebeton Paint is not suitable for use in wet rooms.

Can I use Basebeton Paint as a floor finish?Basebeton Paint is not suitable as a floor finish. We recommend using one of our other products such as Basebeton, Basebeton Solid, Basebeton Xtreme, or Basebeton Grit for finishing floors.

Can Basebeton Paint be applied over tiles?Yes, it's possible. Tiled walls should be sanded flat with a diamond wheel and then plastered smooth before applying Basebeton Paint. For more information, refer to the Basebeton Paint user manual.

How much Basebeton Paint do I need?With 1 kg of Basebeton Paint, you can treat 4 m2 with two layers. This is based on a smooth wall. For uneven walls, the consumption may be higher.

What is the best way to prepare the substrate?Prepare the substrate by making it flat, clean, and dust-free. The specific preparation method may vary depending on the substrate. Consult the manual or contact us for advice. Prime the surface with Basebeton Paint Primer. If the surface is absorbent, apply two layers of Basebeton Paint Primer or dilute the primer with 20% water.
